Every athlete has unique life circumstances and goals. I am not trying to fit a general plan into your schedule. Instead, I am designing a truly individual program that will help you.

By taking only a limited number of athletes under individual coaching, I am able to give you a premium level of support, flexibility, and adjustability.
Someone who understands the real life of age-group triathletes
Being myself a triathlete and a dad of two children, I know very well that there is much more in life than triathlon training. I will help you make the best out of your available time.

A cheap coach
I chose to provide a premium level of support to a very limited number of athletes. Unfortunately, this level of support won’t be within the budget of everyone.
A dietician or strength trainer
My specialty is triathlon coaching. We will, of course, cover the basics of nutrition and strength training, but I can’t provide those in such depth as a professional from those fields would.
A miracle training plan
There is no such miracle workout or training plan in triathlon. Reaching your goals will involve a lot of hard work on your side as well. Fortunately for you, I will support you along the way.
A short-term training plan
I am taking only athletes who are ready to commit for at least 3 months. Less than that, there is simply not a lot of time to see significant improvements.
Who am I?
I’m Clément, an age group triathlete and certified USA Triathlon and Ironman U Coach. I started doing triathlon through a challenge I made with my brother, and quickly fell in love with the sport. I love the training, the community, and all the challenges that come with the sport.
Since 2017, I have created hundreds of resources you can find for free on this website to help triathletes grow in the sport. In 2023, I launched my coaching services to help triathletes achieve their ambitious goals with a premium support.
What you can expect
I have two coaching options you can choose from:
Option 1: Ongoing Coaching
It is a premium 1-1 coaching service that includes ongoing support and is charged monthly.
The cost is tailored to the specific options you choose. Below is a custom tool I designed to quickly provide you with an estimated overview of your monthly charges:
Our program requires a minimum commitment of three months, with an available discount for triathletes who can commit to a longer term. Understanding the need for flexibility, you’re not locked into a rigid contract. Should you choose to discontinue your contract early, simply provide a 21-day notice. In such cases, I will reassess your fees based on rate you should have been paying (a less favorable one), and you will be billed for any difference.
Option 2: On-demand Coaching
It is a premium on-demand coaching service. You reach out to me when you need my help in your training. You are charged only for my working hours. Here is a quick overview of what you can expect:

We will use this call to get to know each other and discuss your expectations and my coaching philosophy.
During this 20 min, we will see if we are a good fit.
Decision
I’ll let you know within 24h if I think we could work together. Take as much time as you need to decide if I’m the best person to help you reach your goal.
Set-up
After the initial call, you will have some time to go through the contract, terms, and apps set-up.
Questionnaire + Baseline call
I will send you a questionnaire to fill out. We will review it together in our baseline call (1-2 hours). We will discuss your goals and experience in the sports and define the baseline of the coming months.
Constant Review
Nothing is set in stone. That’s the beauty of individual coaching. We will constantly adapt your training depending on your goals, progression in the three sports, and race-day performances.
